ix. To keep your username, account number, and password safe, secure, and protected from unauthorized access or use and to ensure that you notify us immediately if you lose it, forget, or lose your account name or password;

vi. That you do not use or deposit funds obtained from illegal or unauthorized activities;

6. Registration And Membership

6.1 To place bets with The Company, you must complete membership registration. We reserve the right to refuse your membership application without reference to you or attribution for any reason.

6.2 You represent and undertake that all information provided when completing the registration is accurate, true, and complete in all respects, including your name, source of funds (including relevant bank accounts and card numbers), and your residential address.

7. Placement Of Bets

7.1 We accept bets on games advertised on the Website(s) and/or via the Device(s). All such bets are subject to the Betting Rules applicable to each event or game, as well as these Terms and Conditions. If an obvious mistake or error occurs or an incorrect participant is quoted for any event, all bets placed on that event will be void. In the event of any malfunction of The Company’s gaming system, The Company reserves the right to void any and all bets placed.

7.2 Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, The Company reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to refuse all or part of any bet placed without giving any reason.

7.3 We only accept bets made through the internet in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Bets are not accepted in any other way (whether by post, email, fax, or otherwise) and will be void regardless of the outcome.

7.4 The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate a customer’s account at any time if it is believed that you have violated any of these Terms or acted in a way to cheat, hack, attack, manipulate, or damage the normal betting spirits. Any winnings and/or payouts, including account balances, will be deemed void and invalid.

7.5 All forms of “abnormal bets,” including the use of artificial intelligence or internet “bots,” will be VOID without prior notice. Any attempt or actual use of artificial intelligence by members will result in the termination of their accounts.

7.6 Bets will be placed valid if your username and password have been entered correctly, provided there are sufficient funds in your account. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your betting details are correct. Once your bets have been placed and confirmed by us, they cannot be canceled, revoked, or changed.

7.7 You are responsible and liable for all activities and transactions that occur through the use of any

of the following:

i. Your name;

ii. Your account number;

iii. Your username and password.

7.8 Bets will be considered valid and accepted by The Company when the transaction ID is displayed on your screen and properly reflected in your transaction history.

7.9 Betting is not allowed after the commencement of an event and/or where the outcome of an event is known at the time of the placement of your bet. If any event is erroneously left open for betting after the commencement of the event and/or where the outcome of an event is known, The Company reserves the right to decline or void such bets placed. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted by The Company after an event or match has commenced, The Company reserves the right to cancel and void such bet. Acceptance of any bet shall be at the sole discretion of The Company.

7.10 Unless said otherwise, the end result of a match or event may be determined on the day of its conclusion for betting purposes. The winner of an event or game may be determined on the date of the event’s conclusion with the Betting Rules.

7.11 The Company does not recognize suspended games, protests, or overturned decisions for having betting purposes.

7.12 You acknowledge that any and all odds, lines, and handicaps are subject to fluctuation without notice, and the foregoing will become fixed only at the time of acceptance of the bet through us. Where a manifest error, mistake, or system failure results in an incorrect odd, line, or handicap taken in a bet, Jaya9 may in our absolute discretion (but shall not be obliged to) make reasonable efforts to contact you to permit the choice of placing any other bet at the right odds, lines, and handicaps.

7.13 We will no longer receive any simultaneously placed bets on one event from you. In recognition of any bet and the related transactions therewith, the decision of The Company is final and conclusive.

8. Software License

8.1 You hereby acknowledge and agree that the Software made available to you is the property of The Company and you do not have any rights to it. You may not adapt, copy, modify, reproduce, store, distribute, display, publicly perform, broadcast, publish, transmit, sell, rent, lease or license or otherwise communicate or make this Software available to any other person, website or on any other media and/or device.

8.2 The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on your Device(s) (“License”) PROVIDED THAT such installation and use are made through the Device of which you are the primary user.

8.3 The Software is licensed and distributed by The Company solely for the purpose of enabling users of the Software to access and make full use of the Services.

8.4 You are not allowed to:

i. Install or load the Software onto a server or other networked device;

ii. Copy, distribute, transfer, assign the Software to any other person;

iii. Rent, lease, sub-license or transfer the Software to any third party;

9. Settlement Of Transactions

9.1 The Company reserves the right not to process the transaction in case there is a discrepancy between the bank account and the registered name.

9.2 Your winnings do not include the bet amount, and this should be taken into consideration when placing a bet.

9.3 The Company shall not be responsible or liable to you for any funds credited to the account in error, and The Company reserves the right to cancel any transaction relating to such funds. If funds are credited to your account by mistake, it is your responsibility to notify The Company immediately.

9.4 Payment of all taxes, fees, charges, or levies that may apply to your winnings under applicable law is your sole responsibility.

10. Collection Of Winnings

10.1 Your winnings from settled bets are credited to your account and shall be withdrawn in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

10.2 We will not release your funds if the full value of your deposit is not fully stacked.

10.3 Funds can only be withdrawn from your account in the same currency in which the deposit was made.

10.4 The bank account used for the original placement of the deposit must be the same as the registered account name.

10.5 The Company reserves the right to charge your account to cover all reasonable fees associated with both deposits and withdrawals.

11. Promotions

11.1 All promotions in Jaya9 are not applied to multiple accounts; if there is collusion or use of multiple accounts, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

11.2 Turnover on all types of non-live table games (e.g., Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat, and other non-live table games) and non-slot games will not count towards this turnover requirement unless SPECIFICALLY stated. Only 1/4 from your total bets will be counted as turnover for bets made on roulette. And bets with odds less than DEC 1.5 or CN 0.5 will not be counted as valid turnover.

11.3 Jaya9 will only count the amount of bets that have been settled and with the result win or lose as effective turnover.

11.4 The turnover required for all bonuses does not count as an effective rebate.

11.5 Given bonuses are valid only for thirty (30) days from the date they are issued, unless otherwise stated in the bonus’ terms and conditions. If the player does not reach the prerequisite value before the expiry, the bonus funds and the money won using the bonus funds will be removed from the player’s account.

11.6 Jaya9 reserves the right to decide unilaterally to execute and at any time without prior notice, to modify, change, stop, cancel and/or invalidate the promotion.

11.7 Any promotions or special offers offered are subjected to these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or modify these promotions at any time.

11.8 In the event that The Company believes that a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a promotion, The Company may, in its sole discretion, block, refuse, suspend, withhold, or withdraw any user from the promotion.

11.9 The Company reserves the right to cancel all or all bets made by any individual/group of persons acting in liaison/collusion and fraudulent attempts. Money in the account will be confiscated immediately.

12. Promotional Abuse And Irregular Play

12.1 We have a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse, fraud, taking unfair advantage of us and/or other suspicious activity, and we reserve the right to block and remove associated bonuses and winnings and/or deposits from accounts we suspect, at our sole discretion, are in connection with such activities or behaviors.

12.2 We reserve the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time for any reason. You hereby consent to these terms in advance. If, upon review, it appears that you are participating in or attempting to participate in any strategies that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be

(i) promotional abuse; and/or

(ii) irregular playing; we reserve the right to refuse, withhold, revoke or withdraw your rights to any promotion, winnings, or bonus, or to terminate your access to the Website and/or to block your account. PLEASE NOTE that in such cases we will be under no obligation to refund any funds that may be in your account other

than your original deposit amounts.

12.3 Examples of the prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to the following:

(i) Equal, zero, or low-margin betting (including but not limited to betting on red and black in roulette, for example);

(ii) Placing single bets equal to or exceeding 30% of the bonus value credited to your account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met;

(iii) Delayed winnings;

(iv) Placing bets greater than the maximum allowed limit per game when wagering toward bonus requirements;

(v) Placing bets greater than the maximum allowed limit per game until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met;

(vi) Risk-free or low-risk bets on any games (i.e., betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same game to create “action” with minimal risk);

(vii) Manipulation of software to leverage or breach bonus policy;

(viii) Wagering bonus money for the sole purpose of raising a balance to claim higher bonus levels;

(ix) Utilizing a VPN or masking IP addresses to hide your location when playing;

(x) Multiple account strategies (i.e., opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times).

12.4 Any promotion, bonus, or special offer is subject to these Terms and Conditions, and the Company’s decision in cases of alleged fraudulent activity is final.

12.5 If we have reasons to believe that a user is engaged in fraudulent activities or other activities that violate these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to close their account and void any bets, bonuses, or winnings.
